    My wife and I are newlyweds and were in the market for our forever home. After a bad experience with another realtor, we were referred to Jeff, and let me tell you the difference was night and day! Jeff is so knowledgeable, responsive, and really cared about what my wife and I needed in a home. He helped us through the whole home buying experience, and made it very easy for us to understand what was going on. He coordinated the whole process, and was an amazing point of contact for the bank, escrow, inspectors, and seller. Without Jeff we would have been so lost through the whole process.     Jeff was amazing and came highly recommended from a family friend to work with, especially as our circumstance was specific to end of year/move-out timing! Jeff helped my wife and I through a first time buyer experience and went out of his way to recommend programs, incentives, and even check with our lenders to maximize 'floating down' our rates so we wouldn't forget (and who wouldn't want to get every point they could these days!).     Jeff helped my family prepare for several years to purchase our first home. He was never pushy during that time, always took the time to answer my questions, and was ready to help us when the time finally came. During the home search and offer process, Jeff provided excellent advice to help us make competetive offers in a difficult market for home buyers. We ended up only needing to bid on two homes before we had an offer accepted. Jeff has a thorough understanding of the entire home buying process, and he took the time to make sure we were always comfortable with every step. He was communicative and responsive even at odd hours or on weekends, which is priceless when you are closing a real estate transaction.   • I would highly recommend Jeff as a real estate professional. He has been helping people buy and sell homes since the early 90’s so he was instrumental in providing knowledge on real estate trends (like when and where to buy), explaining the home buying process, and finding homes in neighborhoods that meet our requirements among many other things. Jeff helped my wife and I buy our first home in 2016. We were terrified as it was such a big purchase and didn’t know where to start. He took the time to explain the benefits, the process, loans process, associated costs and pitfalls to avoid. Jeff helped us sort through homes to find value, and as you know homes with value usually have multiple offers. The house we wanted had a total of 10 offers and half the offers were higher than ours so Jeff got creative and put together a personalized package describing our background, our plans for the house and why our offer should be accepted over others. It ended up working with the owners! Jeff went above and beyond to get our offer accepted. Fast forward 3 years later with a baby on the way, we wanted more space and Jeff helped us find our next home and tenants for our old home. Went through the same process with multiple offers and got the house we wanted!! Looking back, it was the best decision we’ve made going with Jeff. I’ve referred my coworkers and they’ve all had positive experiences also. Again, we highly recommend Jeff for your real estate needs.

    highly recommend Jeff! I just purchased my first home. It's a condo - you can imagine that I had so many questions. Jeff is so kind and patient. Not only patient with me but also my parents who were pretty involved in the process with me.
    He's also incredibly knowledgeable as he's been doing     this for many years. I really appreciated his input. He knew exactly how much to offer and what kind of contingencies to put in place to have my offer accepted practically immediately.
    He's also so organized and quick to respond whenever I had my (million) questions. Lastly, he was so on top of paperwork and negotiations between myself, the lender and sellers.
    Overall, I have no complaints about Jeff. He was amazing!! Anybody would be lucky to have him as a realtor.

Jeff Lim was very helpful in the sale of our house AND, in helping us find our ideal rental home. Jeff expertly guided us through the current trends of declutter and house staging.
Jeff went out of his way to help us find the ideal rental house. We had specific requirements and were up against a lot of competition. We found the perfect rental, lost it to somebody else. Jeff didn't give up, he followed up. The other renter fell through and since the rental agent was so impressed with Jeff's professionalism and followup, we were first on her callback list and we got the place.
You can't go wrong with working with Jeff. He has the real estate knowledge, integrity and cares for his clients' needs.

  • Great premium service! Jeff is very knowledgeable in this field. He helped explain the entire processed and ensured we got the best deal we could from negotiation of purchase price, contingencies and timing of close of escrow to minimize fees out of pocket. He is very low pressured. We simply felt no obligation to work with him; but simply wanted to because of his presentation, demeanor and knowledge. He is a true seasoned veteran in this field. We consulted with a few other realtors prior to making a decision with working with Jeff. Everyone seemed too scripted, arrogant or simply show boating. We just wanted to work with a person that we could relate to. Jeff was the guy for us and I am confident that he will do the same for you!

Bought a Townhouse home in 2017 in Oceanside, CA.

I'm going to be completely honest here. I tend to be indecisive at times and when the time came that my husband and I wanted to buy our very first home, I'm so happy we reached out to Jeff. We gave him our wishlist and when we scheduled time to look at properties, he found really nice houses for us to see. I felt comfortable being completely transparent with Jeff in asking what others might think as silly questions such as "did this land used to be a cemetery" or "is the house haunted" or even "has someone died in the property". These are important for me to know because I don't want to live in a house like that. I was so relieved that he said it is required by law to disclose if someone died recently. He reassured me that my questions are valid points as it can be a deterrent for potential buyers. He confirmed there were no deaths/paranormal events disclosed in any of the listings we visited. Moving on, we liked one of the houses so much that we were about to put in an offer but then I started to change my mind because I wanted a completely brand new house instead of one that's about as old as us or more. Sure enough, Jeff was able to find what met all our needs and wants. It's a completely new community still being built. In fact, it's so new that the sales office was still closed to the public but Jeff still reached out to the sales manager and said we're serious about buying. The sales manager agreed to show us around as she was only entertaining serious buyers at the time. Jeff was great! He asked questions with our best interests in mind. He asked questions both my husband and I would not think to ask because we lacked familiarity with what goes into buying a new house. Once again, I asked my is-the-place-haunted questions and I was so relieved that the sales manager said all is good; no one died. When we signed the purchase agreement, he was with us every step of the way. He answered all our questions and was always available to take our calls. He also explained everything to us in a way we can understand it. Without him, his honesty, his tireless support and guidance, we wouldn't be in a home of our own that we love. My husband and I never felt as if he was pushing us to buy any house just for a sale. He's respectful and trustworthy. I truly felt that he went above and beyond for us. I'm sure he'll help you find the perfect house for your family too! (Thanks, Jeff!)

    Bought a home in 2017 in Spadra, Pomona, CA 91766.
    I never do surveys but Jeff Lim is an exceptional character and deserves praise for his expertise. Jeff is kind and thoughtful and seemed to treat my home purchase as if it was his own. He negotiated on my behalf and kept me in the loop at all times. At one point it appeared that the sale would not be possible but in the last minute Jeff stepped up, took the shot and scored, the deal was saved! Not only that, he followed up after the sale to make sure that I had everything I needed, helping me to make this new house a home.

    Jeff is absolutely wonderful! Not only is he professional, knowledgeable and experienced, but he is also a very sincere and genuine individual. Jeff helped me as if I was a family member; in fact, I felt like I was one of his daughters because he truly looked after my best interest. On more than one occasion, Jeff fought the opposing party as well as the lender to save me money and minimized my overall costs. Jeff is a very nice guy but he can also be very aggressive to help you get what you want. Because of Jeff's expertise, he took the initiative to save me money that I did not know I could have saved otherwise. I am very grateful to Jeff for his help and patience throughout this entire process in finding me this new home. And I am very happy to have found a new great friend.     When Chinese buy houses there will always be more to worry about in the United States, until we met Jeff. He provided us a feeling of trust & was very cordial, Jeff is very responsible and very fast in responding to issues. He is easy to speak with & really does not cover up just to sell which is a good thing. You can count on him to show houses for us to consider and allow us to buy the house we like.     A little over 3 months ago, after taking a chance at finding a realtor online, Jeff Lim came to my door.. I had no idea what the adventure of selling my Diamond Bar condo would entail, but after I packed for a month. 2 months later, due completely to Jeff's experience, knowledge, kindness, support, patience, and generosity of time and spirit, my condo sale was complete...sold in 2 weeks at above list price..with no stress, no anxiety, and no complications. In addition, because I don't live locally, much of the process was carried out ' not in person.' Yet it seemed that, no matter the time of day or night that I might have a question or concern, Jeff answered my text or email almost immediately, allaying any worries I might have.     Jeff sold my house in Walnut at the end of last year when the market was just coming back. He did open houses and was very helpful and friendly and so easy to work with. He sold it quickly and was able to get above the appraised value while making sure the Buyer qualified to close which was an extra plus! He helped me stage it so it was ready for sale in a short time and everyone who came in loved the decor. I recommend Jeff as he goes above and beyond his job as an Agent!
